SELECTED WORK
A research, design and exploration project to create space to think outside organisational structures and think about more effective ways to deal with risks in the community.
A discovery to answer fundamental questions on people's beliefs about health and their behaviour when seeking care. With the findings, we prototyped and tested opportunities for the business.
A quantitative and qualitative research study to better understand demand for digital appointments and test ideas to improve the experience.
A design sprint looking at how and when to explain personalisation to people.
Prototyping new data services that could increase the number of houses built in the UK.
Discovery and Alpha of data.gov.uk to make it easier for government organisations to publish open data and for users to find it.
Prototyping how personal data could be accessed across government to provide better and more secure ways for people to use services.
A talk on why designers should care about data when designing a service. We gave this talk at Service Lab London and Service Experience Camp in Berlin.
